Returns & Exchanges
- Contact customer service before returning/exchanging your merchandise so that we can ensure that your purchase is returnable or the requested item for exchange will be available.
- Once approved, return merchandise and a copy of original packing slip or receipt to the address below:

For exchanges please include a written description of the items needed. - You will be notified via e-mail once your return/exchange has been received and processed.
Terms and Conditions
- Returns will only be accepted within 15 days of the original ship date.
- All returns must be in the condition they were received in meaning they must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All tags must still be attached to product, and must be returned in the original packaging.
- Please check sizing on all footwear by trying them on in-doors so as to not blemish the soles. All footwear must be returned in the original box undamaged and free of postal labels.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to company error.
