Returns & Exchanges

  1. Contact customer service before returning/exchanging your merchandise so that we can ensure that your purchase is returnable or the requested item for exchange will be available.
  2. Once approved, return merchandise and a copy of original packing slip or receipt to the address below:

    For exchanges please include a written description of the items needed.
  3. You will be notified via e-mail once your return/exchange has been received and processed.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Returns will only be accepted within 15 days of the original ship date.
  2. All returns must be in the condition they were received in meaning they must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
    • All tags must still be attached to product, and must be returned in the original packaging.
    • Please check sizing on all footwear by trying them on in-doors so as to not blemish the soles. All footwear must be returned in the original box undamaged and free of postal labels.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to company error.
